Eligibility criteria

To be eligible, the applicant structure must:

• Be formally registered in Cameroon (have a RCCM registration number or equivalent).
• Have a valid Unique Identification Number (NIU).
• Have at least 2 full years of legal existence at the time of application.

The project must fall within one of the priority value chains supported by the program:

• Cocoa (Production, processing)
• Cotton/textile (Production, processing)
• Leather (Processing, craftsmanship)
• Wood (Processing, craftsmanship)
• Cereals - Maize, rice, sorghum, millet
• Cassava (Production, processing)
• Digital (Digital services and solutions supporting other value chains or the development of the national digital ecosystem)

Supported projects must demonstrate economic viability, an ability to create local added value, and a potential for job creation (especially for youth and women). Environmental impact and innovation are also key evaluation criteria.
