About Project ADCV

Project ADCV is part of a broader structural transformation of the Cameroonian economy. Co-funded by the European Union, it aims to enhance the competitiveness of local businesses, structure promising sectors, and promote the integration of local actors into national and international markets.

The project pursues several strategic objectives:

• Support local added value creation through the processing of basic commodities.
• Create decent jobs, targeting specifically youth and women.
• Strengthen the technical, managerial, and financial capacities of businesses (SMEs, VSEs, cooperatives).
• Facilitate access to finance and markets for actors in targeted value chains.

This program is implemented in close collaboration with the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Regional Development (MINEPAT), the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicrafts (MINPMEESA), and the SME Promotion Agency (APME).
